I don't believe the Fireman is given any confirmation on which player that they ended up targeting after busdrivings and all, so I guess it would make the most sense to just have a simple on/off switch that applies to anyone who's currently marked for death?

I think a roleblock on Pilot specifically would shut it down, but otherwise the Nexus sucks it in at the same time as the rest of the roles and change nothing? It's already absurdly powerful though, so I wouldn't mind nerfing it.

Other pertinent question - would the Fireman role be able to put out one fire but not both, or would they have to choose to let both die or not?

Makes sense to me.

I wonder how roleblocking would work on the snitch nexus though? I mean obviously the roleblocker wouldn't have their ability take precedent over the nexus, but you could maybe make an argument that the roleblock would stop the role from publicly announcing anything at daystart though.

Hm. I think roleblocking stops a role from working, not from being chosen.

So basically you are choosing two cards to discard.

Snitch Nexus attracts EVERY target iirc, so Pilot gets hit with all three.

Druplesnubb is also amp tracking DC --> Pilot, which means that town's about to get a fuckload of new info tomorrow assuming that nothing else crazy happens.

Oh good god, GX is triple driving Pilot, and Pilot is using the Snitch Nexus card tonight.

How exactly do we resolve this? Does Kadis get hit with every ability at once now, or is Pilot going to get triple driven with himself, whatever that means?

Quick thought: How should we resolve roleblocks? Do they still play the card but not gain any benefits from it, or should they still hold onto it in their hand until the next night?

Either way, they should still be able to discard normally I think.

I should be able to do it then, it's all good.

I probably won't be, but it's something I can take care of while I'm away as long as I set the time aside ahead of time.

Alright sounds good, I think I can handle dayend and any other day actions in thread.

Do you want me to handle night actions and card drawings tonight too, or will you be back to do that?

As I mentioned in general games, I'm going to be away for the next week. I should be able to update the game's night/day cycle, though it might take me a bit so if you want to take that on yourself go for it.

Sounds good on all fronts, except for the EOC, which I think would probably be more interesting if he gave the elected mayor the option to change the lynch target instead. (Also I'd say that amped or not, Druple can't just pick himself to be mayor, though it's fine if everyone else elects him.)

re: anacreon's question I am thinking yes.

re: Druple I'd say Resurrection only lasts for that night, but he does come back for good.
Also for amps:
Resurrection: May elect to keep cards already in hand instead of just drawing new ones?
EOC: May publicly direct the lynch onto someone (instead of just no lynch)?

The exact wording of that role seems to lead towards the second interpretation, which was what I was originally thinking, but the former probably is more balanced actually.

I guess I'm fine with weakening the superwatcher role, so yeah let's go with option 1.

Pilot: Learns exactly who visited all players tonight.

Just who went out to visit, not who they visited, correct? Either way that sounds like what I'm going to be picking

That's actually something I think I forgot to clarify with you. I was operating towards just saying who went out to visit, that make sense?

Yeah sure, those all look fine to me. If I were Druplesnubb I'd probably hold onto that card until I got a few better roles though.
