For any quick group discussion, use QuickTopic free message boards instead of just email. Your messages will be in a private central place. Your friends can participate by email or use the web forum, because QuickTopic's super-easy web message boards let you get and post messages by email. Use it on your web site too.

Super easy
QuickTopic's message boards are extremely easy to use. We've made it simple by listening eagerly to people like you, and we always welcome your comments, too. Here's an example message board you can play with. Feel free to post a message!
Grows with you
With QuickTopic you start with one single-topic message board. If that's all you need, why make things complicated?. If you want several boards for different topics, you can create as many as you want anytime, and you can create a shareable index of all your boards, with its own URL. Here's an example.
Privacy/publicity of your topic
The web address (URL) for your message board will be a long random series of letters, preventing anyone else from guessing it. You publicize your boards's address by sending email to your group or linking it to your website
. Contributors to your discussion identify themselves by simply signing their messages; they don't need to register (unless they want the very useful My Topics feature.) How private is it?
Email access
Anyone in your group can optionally have new messages sent to their email in-box, immediately or once a day. (We call this "subscribing" to a message board.) And it works both ways: a subscriber can simply reply to one of those emails, and their email reply is automatically posted to your message board, and emailed to all your board's subscribers.
